douces\u00a0<\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"\/nos-produits\/lait-de-vache\/fromage-affine-bio-de-vache\/petite-raclette-bio-danjou\">200 g de Raclette d\u2019Anjou<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/li><li>1 poign\u00e9e de cerneaux de noix\u00a0<\/li><li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin en poudre<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graines de cumin enti\u00e8res\u00a0<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><h2><span class=\"text--h5\"><strong>Recette :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ol><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C. Brosser les patates douces sous l\u2019eau claire. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Sans les peler<\/span>, les couper dans la longueur en tranches de 5 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur environ.<\/li><li>Huiler une plaque de cuisson et y d\u00e9poser les tranches de patate douce. Huiler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement leur surface. Parsemer de sel, de cumin en poudre et de graines de cumin. Enfourner pour 20 minutes.<\/li><li>Couper la Raclette d\u2019Anjou en fines lamelles (environ 2 mm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur) . Disposer une ou deux lamelles de fromage sur chaque tranche de patate douce.<\/li><li>D\u00e9corer de cerneaux de noix concass\u00e9s. Enfourner pour 5 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.
