d\u2019Anjou<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>50 g de sarrasin d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9<br>12 champignons de Paris de taille moyenne<br>1 \u00e9chalote<br>2 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<br>\u00bd c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9<br>3 c. \u00e0 soupe de feuilles de persil plat hach\u00e9es<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\"> <\/span><\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"text--h5\"><strong>Recette : <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>Porter 500 ml d\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une casserole. Y verser le sarrasin en pluie. Laisser cuire \u00e0 fr\u00e9missements pendant 5 minutes, puis couvrir et couper le feu. Egoutter au bout de 20 minutes. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C. Oter le pied de chaque champignon et peler le chapeau. R\u00e9server les chapeaux.<\/p>\n<p>Bien nettoyer les pieds en les grattant au couteau puis les \u00e9mincer. <br>Peler et \u00e9mincer l\u2019\u00e9chalote. Faire revenir les pieds de champignons et les morceaux d\u2019\u00e9chalote dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive apr\u00e8s avoir sal\u00e9 et parsem\u00e9 de thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9. <br>Laisser dorer 5-6 minutes puis m\u00e9langer avec le sarrasin et le persil. Ajouter le Cr\u00e9meux d\u2019Anjou coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>Garnir chaque chapeau de champignon d\u2019un peu de farce et d\u00e9poser dans un plat \u00e0 gratin.
